You can check in to your room anytime from 3pm until 12 midnight. We’ll be ready to welcome you as soon as you step through the door. Upon arrival, you will receive a personal tour of the hotel on arrival, you’ll be shown where all the features and amenities are and we can assist with parking options.

Check-out is at 10:30am or before, please let us know if you would like a later check-out time before your stay and we will do our best to accommodate you. You can check out by returning your keys to the drop box outside the door of house number 5. Just lift the lid and drop the keys in. Hopefully, we will get a chance to say goodbye… or goodbye for now.

There are multiple networks to choose from:

Ashby’s and Ashby’s 2 are available in common areas, with the code: London123 (capital L). In your room, look for Ashby’s 3 or Ashby’s 4, and use the same password: London123.

TV Setup – Samsung TV with two HDMI ports:
HDMI 1: Sky TV (use the Sky controller for Sky TV)
HDMI 2: Firestick (signed in as Ashby’s Guest; use the Samsung controller to navigate)

The Samsung controller is for the TV and also works with the Firestick.

The Sky controller only works with Sky TV when set to HDMI 1.
